How to Measure a Custom Middle-Notch Watch Strap

If your watch uses a middle-notch strap, we'll need three simple measurements to create a replacement that fits correctly.

Please note: Atelier Tamago currently produces straight straps with a centered (middle) notch only. Other notch configurations are not available at this time.

The Three Measurements We Need

To ensure an accurate fit, simply provide the three dimensions shown in the diagram:

  • A — Lug Width
  • B — Notch Width
  • C — Notch Depth

These measurements allow us to recreate the original middle-notch profile as accurately as possible.

Before You Submit Your Measurements

Please double-check all three measurements before placing your order.

Because every strap is handcrafted specifically for your watch, even a small measuring error may affect the final fit.

If you're measuring from your original strap, make sure it is the strap that fits your watch correctly.

Ready to Order?

Once you've confirmed Measurements A, B and C, simply submit them through our Made-to-Order page or email them to us together with your watch model.

We'll review your measurements before production begins and contact you if anything requires clarification.
