Where We Ship

We ship internationally to most regions worldwide, including North America, Europe, Asia, Oceania, the Middle East, South America, and Africa.

Key destinations include the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Brazil, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia, and Thailand.

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange delivery for you.


Order Processing Time (Before Your Order Ships)

Each Atelier Tamago piece is carefully prepared before it leaves our workshop. Processing time depends on the type of order:

In-Stock Items
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Made-to-Order / Custom Pieces
Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production before shipment, as each strap is individually crafted by hand.

Pre-Order Items
These will ship on or by the date indicated on the product page.

Bulk Orders
For larger orders, we will contact you directly to confirm a tailored production and shipping timeline.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship internationally through trusted logistics partners, including Japan Post and DHL/FedEx.

Depending on the destination and seasonal logistics conditions, we select the most suitable shipping method to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience.

Regardless of the carrier or routing used, every order is handled with the same care, attention, and quality standards.


Important Considerations

Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including customs procedures in the destination country, local public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We always do our best to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience.


During Checkout

The final shipping cost and available carrier options for your location will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

Orders are processed in the order they are received during business days.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to your email.


Import Taxes & VAT (International Orders)

Atelier Tamago does not collect import taxes or duties on international orders.

Depending on the destination country, local customs duties or VAT may be applied upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
