For customers within the European Union, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, starting from the day you receive the delivery. 

To process your request, please include the following in your message:

• Order Number
• Item received
• Reason for return

We will review your request within 1–2 business days.

Made-to-order and customized products are not eligible for withdrawal once production has started, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
