1.What are the sizes of your straps?
Our ready stock straps are 18mm, 19mm and 20mm lug widths.

2.Do you offer Quick Release Spring bars?
We offer the Quick Release Spring bars to our straps. The strap can be removed by sliding the nub to the left with your fingernail and the reverse for fitting the strap to your watch. We can offer this for 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21mm straps.
You can select the option at checkout and we’ll make sure that your strap is supplied and fitted with Quick Release Spring Bars before it’s shipped.

3.Do you offer the buckle?
The precision buckle is made from 316L surgical grade stainless steel, which is known for its durability. While it may not be considered a precious metal like silver or platinum, it is much more resistant to tarnishing and rusting. We offer the polished or brushed fabulous buckle as standard with all our straps.

4. What is the care instruction to the straps?
The first and most important rule is to make sure that you avoid water at all costs. Water is the mortal enemy of leather and will stain, discolor, and weaken the fibers. So, no showering, swimming, or exercising while wearing your strap.
When you’re not wearing your strap, then we suggest storing it in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

Currently, we offer a $10 shipping discount on any product you purchase.

2.When will I receive my order?
We do our best to process ship all orders as soon as possible. Ready stock orders ship with 3- 5 working days.
Custom made orders ship with 15-20 working days. it will take 2-3 days in for Domestic orders and about 7 days for international orders depending on your shipping method and location for the straps to reach you. Orders cannot be shipped or delivered on weekends/holidays nor can they be shipped to a PO Box or APO/FPO addresses.
The International customers will also be responsible for any customs charges, as well as any associated import tax, VAT, or duties.

Return policy:
1.Do you have a refund or return policy?
All eligible items in original may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund to the original payment method. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Made to order we won’t be able to accept returns unless there’s quality issues,

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There will be a return shipping fee applied to orders that are returned to our facility. This fee is deducted from the refunded amount when the credit is processed back to your original form of payment.
If there is any defects or issues regarding the product due to our error, the product will be eligible for any return/refund/exchange within 14 days of order delivery and we will cover the return shipping fee

2.When will I get my refund?
Returns are refunded within 20 business days of receiving your returned item(s). You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method. Shipping costs are not refunded for returned orders unless the return was initiated due to our error.
