1. What are the sizes of your straps?
Our ready-to-wear straps are available in the following sizes: 18mm x 16mm, 19mm x 16mm, and 20mm x 16mm.
We also offer standard sizes of 21mm x 16mm, 20mm x 18mm, 21mm x 18mm, and 22mm x 18mm, but these are not in stock. The production time for these sizes is approximately 2-3 weeks.
For custom sizes, you can place an order directly on our "Made to Order" page or contact us via email at info.atelier.tamago@gmail.com.
2. Do you offer Quick Release Spring bars?
We offer Quick Release Spring Bars for all standard size straps. You can easily detach the strap by sliding the nub to the left with your fingernail, and reverse the action to attach the strap to your watch. If you prefer not to use Quick Release Spring Bars, they can be easily removed as well. If you need assistance with the operation, feel free to contact us for guidance.
3. Do you offer the buckle?
We currently offer 316L stainless steel buckles in widths of 14mm, 16mm and 18mm, available in a variety of colors including gold, silver, and rose gold. To enhance the durability of our buckles, we apply a protective coating on the surface. This protective layer effectively prevents scratches and oxidation, extending the lifespan of the buckle and maintaining its appearance.
4. What is the care instruction to the straps?
The first and most important rule is to avoid water at all costs. Water is the mortal enemy of leather and can cause stains, discoloration, and weaken the fibers. Therefore, please refrain from showering, swimming, or exercising while wearing your strap.
When you’re not wearing your strap, we recommend storing it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. This will help maintain the strap’s appearance and extend its lifespan. Additionally, regularly using leather care products can effectively nourish the leather, preventing dryness and cracking, thus preserving the strap’s quality and comfort.
By following these care instructions, you can ensure that your strap remains in optimal condition, allowing you to enjoy its elegance and comfort every time you wear it.
PAYMENT & PRICE
1. What are the accepted payments?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our online checkout portal.
2. Does your price include import taxes and VAT for international orders?
Atelier Tamago does not collect taxes on international orders. Therefore, all taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Depending on the destination country, your package may incur local customs duties or VAT charges. While this is rare, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding your country's customs policies.
SHIPPING
1. Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we're proud to offer Worldwide Shipping on ALL Items! We primarily ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and various European countries, including England, Germany, France, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland, and Norway. Additionally, we deliver to many countries in Asia, such as Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, and more. We also ship to most regions in Eastern Europe, South America, the Middle East, and Africa. If your country is not listed, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs!.
2. When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed and In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days after receiving payment. Custom orders usually ship within 4 weeks. Pre-order products will be shipped by the date listed in the product description.
Our international shipping provider is Japan Post, ensuring reliable delivery for your orders. International delivery typically takes 5-7 business days; however, please note that delays may occur due to local customs inspections, which may result in longer delivery times.
Delivery times can vary based on your location, holidays, natural disasters, and weather conditions. We ship orders in the order they are received throughout the workweek.
If your order contains items that are back-ordered, we may ship items separately. In such cases, we will notify you via email to obtain prior approval.
3. How to Track My Order
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been fulfilled and shipped out.
REFUND POLICY
1. Do you have a refund or return policy?
At Atelier Tamago, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure a hassle-free return experience when needed. Please review our Return Policy below for clear guidance and support. All eligible items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund to your original payment method. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and include all tags in their original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start your return process, please reach out to us via email at info.atelier.tamago@gmail.com with your return request. We will respond within 24 to 72 hours with our return address for shipping your parcel.
Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
If a returned item is shipped internationally , please mark it as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any Customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs.
3. When will I get my refund?
Returns are processed within 10 working days after being received at our warehouse. Once your return is completed and the refund is issued to your original payment method, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded for returned orders.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Before completing your purchase, please double-check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address, and other details. Once an order is placed, changes are not easily made. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at info.atelier.tamago@gmail.com.
Please note that in-stock items cannot be canceled after 8 hours, and custom products cannot be canceled after 24 hours.
